Sonny Moore (n. 15 de enero de 1988), más conocido como Skrillex, es un productor de música electrónica del género electro house/Brostep proveniente de Los Ángeles, California y ex vocalista de la banda de post-hardcore From First to Last, desde los años 2004 al 2007. Es también conocido como "el Dios del dubstep" debido a sus múltiples méritos como compositor de éste estilo musical.
Sonny John Moore nació el 15 de enero de 1988, en Los Ángeles, California. Fue criado por padres adoptivos, creció en San Francisco y retornó a Los Ángeles en el 2001. En el año 2002 formó parte de la banda de punk rock "The Riots", la que se hizo pequeñamente conocida. Más tarde, fue vocalista de la banda de rock experimental "Hazel-rah".
Sonny fue contratado a los 16 años para ser vocalista en la banda From First to Last, tras dejar la banda a inicios del 2007, con 2 discos bajo el brazo. Sonny se dedicó a su carrera solista, y más tarde como DJ, bajo el apodo de "Skrillex".
